Good questions. Thoughtful answers.
The details should feel clear, so you can focus on the people and the occasion.
Getting started
What kinds of events can I create?
ViveMomentos is designed for weddings, funerals and memorials, birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, graduations, naming ceremonies, baby showers, church programmes, conferences, workshops, corporate events and custom occasions.
Do I need design or technical experience?
No. A guided workspace helps you provide the information. Themes handle the layout, typography and mobile presentation, while your event type suggests the sections you may need.
Do guests need an account or an app?
Guests use a web browser and do not need a platform account for normal event interaction. Restricted events may require an access code or a private invitation credential.
Publishing & sharing
When do I receive my QR code?
After your payment is verified and your event is published. Before that, you can prepare and review a private draft. The public QR is never generated on the strength of a payment redirect alone.
Can I update details after printing the QR?
Yes. Updating content preserves the QR code. Replacing a QR is a separate action that requires confirmation because it can make previously printed copies unusable.
Can I put my QR on printed invitations?
Published events are designed to provide PNG, SVG and high-resolution print downloads for invitations, posters, table cards and programmes. All download formats point to the same stable event link.
Guests & privacy
How do plus-ones affect guest capacity?
A primary guest and three additional guests consume four places. Confirmed reservations count the whole party. The capacity check must succeed before a reservation is confirmed.
Can I organize tables and check guests in?
Events with seating enabled are designed to support table capacities and party assignments. Check-in records attendance separately from RSVPs so you can see who actually arrives.
Will guest phone numbers and emails be public?
No. Contact details, private guest lists and organizer notes belong in the protected workspace. Guests should only see information appropriate to their own event access.
Can I keep my event out of search engines?
Personal events start as unlisted drafts. Published unlisted experiences are accessed through their link or QR and are excluded from indexing. Access-code and invite-only options add further restrictions where supported.
Memories & packages
Can guests leave tributes or wishes?
The guestbook uses language appropriate to the occasion: tributes for a memorial, wishes for a wedding, and messages for a celebration. Moderation allows organizers to review submissions before displaying them.
What happens after the event?
The experience can remain a home for photos, stories and messages for the access period included in its package. RSVP and check-in close after the event; the same QR continues to point to the experience while access remains active.
What will my event cost?
The current price per event is shown on the pricing page. You will see the final amount and currency before payment. The initial offer is one payment per event, and prices may be updated for new purchases.
Can I send SMS updates to guests?
SMS communication is planned through AgbeyTech. Availability depends on your package and credit balance, and messages should be sent only to guests you are authorized to contact.
Your moment deserves a home.
Bring the details together. Make space for the memories.
