ViveMomentos collects account and event information to provide digital event experiences. This draft describes the intended privacy practices and must be finalized with the platform operator’s identity, contact details and retention policies before public launch.

Account information

Your username, name, email and international phone number support account access and transactional communication. Passwords are hashed. Verification and password reset messages are sent through the configured SMTP provider.

Guest information

RSVP and attendance details are collected for event organization and authorized event communication. Phone numbers, emails, internal notes and the full guest list are not intended for public display.

Access and service providers

Only authorized organizers, permitted team members and appropriately authorized platform staff may access private information. Database, email, payment, storage and SMS providers process the data needed to deliver their services.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion or anonymization, subject to legally required financial record retention. The operator must publish its privacy contact and request procedure before launch.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies maintain secure account sessions. Planned event analytics use limited pseudonymous records rather than invasive device fingerprinting. Retention and optional analytics consent requirements will be finalized before launch.
